* Services already delivered are not refundable.
* Onsite services already provided are not refundable.
* Emergency support services are not refundable.
Subscription services.
* You may cancel at any time.
* Cancellation stops future billing.
* Past charges are not refundable unless required by law.
Third party costs.
* Non refundable costs include licences, hosting, domains and third party fees.
Refund processing.
* Approved refunds are made to the original payment method via Stripe.
* Timing depends on your bank or card provider.
