Standard support hours. • Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm AEST.
Emergency support.
* 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays.
* Emergency support may incur additional charges.

Support channels.
* Email support.
* Phone support.
* Onsite support when agreed.

Response times.
* Standard requests: reply within one business day.
* Emergency requests: respond as soon as possible.

Scope.
* Support covers services included in your plan or contract.
* Additional work outside the agreement requires a separate quote.
