Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all visitors and clients of IT Geek Pty Ltd and our services.

Services provided. We deliver onsite and remote IT services including computer and device support, printer support, routers and extenders, doorbells and cameras, firewall and securitycloud services, data backup, cybersecurity, and ongoing IT support. Services may be hourly, project based, or subscription based.

Client obligations. You must:
* Provide truthful information.
* Provide access for onsite services.
* Pay fees on agreed terms before or at service delivery.

Payment and billing.
* All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
* Ongoing services may be billed monthly or as agreed.
* We may suspend services if payments are overdue.

Service changes. We may update or change services. We will communicate changes where required.

Third party services.
* We are not liable for services provided by third parties, software vendors, cloud providers, or internet service providers.

Intellectual property.
* Work we create for you remains our property until full payment is received.
* After payment, rights transfer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of liability.
* Our liability is limited to the total amount you paid us for the relevant services.

Termination.
* Either party may end services with written notice.
* Unpaid fees remain due on termination.

Governing law.
* These terms are governed by the law of Australia.
